FINALLY getting dips! Did 50 bar dips today, the first 20 were unassisted, then had to use a skinny red band, but it helped a bit.

I have a GREAT group of hardcore adults that show up every week (now twice!) for my bootcamp class. One of the members workout every morning , and then comes into class at night and always kicks butt! Looking at him I thought it was around mid 50's, great shape. Well, I Sunday we got to talking about how important it is to stay active, train hard etc. I finally asked him how old he was and mentioned how great of shape he's in. HE'S 68!!! SHIT, if that's not inspiration i don't know what is.

WOD: Great team wod today, had fun and realized i have to work on those FREE standing hand stands...grrrrr
